Replay Roulette review

The latest in a continuous stream of roulette games from SG Gaming, making its way into Ladbrokes and Coral betting shops across the U.K. Replay Roulette uses the traditional roulette gaming board and graphics with an added feature; replay.

The game features the standard bets that you can expect to find on the majority of fixed odds betting terminal roulette games, with the same odds and maximum win (£500). However, the addition of the Replay bonus adds a new element to the game.

Replay Roulette Bonus

So the bookies are so confident that you will lose your bet, that they are offering a Replay for 10% of your stake if your number doesn’t come in. This brings to light a bit of a problem, as this would push the odds of winning in to the players favour, if they were random of course. Clearly Coral and Ladbrokes wouldn’t allow that, so what is going on? Well, if you bet £100 and it loses, you can repeat the bet again for only £10. So the machines, or this game at least can’t be random.

I’ll post an update for this when I can, and will explore the help files some more to dig a little deeper. If you have played this, let me know what you make of it in the comments below, and remember, you can play test Ladbrokes machines to find out how they play. Ask at the counter to play in demo mode, and they will credit the terminal with £20 demo money (this also times out after a while to get you off of the machine and start playing with real money).

Replay Roulette Playing Strategy

This little piece of advice would also apply to Deal or No Deal Roulette (Ladbrokes and Coral version). Due to the nature of the replay, it is not worth betting small amounts on numbers or corners as this will count as a win and not offer the replay.

For example, if you are betting £50 a spin and you have a 25p chip on a corner. If it lands on that corner bet, you will ‘win’ £2.25. In reality of course you have lost £47.75, but the machine sees things differently and will not offer the replay. So just tidy up your betting to maximise your return should you get lucky.

I say this applies to Deal or No Deal Roulette too because that too offer a replay periodically should you lose a spin.
